New York City Tax Abatements for Solar Panel and Green Roof Installments

 

As of March 2009, NYC passed its first tax abatement to help owners pay for the costs of green roofs and solar panel systems!  The deadline for fiscal year 2009 projects is March 16, 2009. CodeGreen recommends owners begin the application process for 2010 now.
